Liaise with the Unit Head for effective coordination and execution of site activities.
Coordinate with subordinate Technician and execute the work as per planned schedules in compliance with the Bestabe COMPANY Procedure
Forward timely request for manpower, equipment, and other resources to achieve target dates and Time for Work order
Coordinate with Sr. QA/QC Engineer /Inspectors for testing activities
Ensure implementation of Health and Safety requirements of the COMPANY Policy
Record any deviation to scope of online work order and report to the Unit Head and Update in the web portal job order status
Review time sheets prepared by Supervisors/Foremen
In-charge of the site construction works for a work specific discipline including that of the subcontractor’s site construction activities.
Ensure the requirements of Material requisition are included in the Purchase order.
Ensure that the suppliers are listed in the client’s list of approved suppliers, and they are given the priority in procurement works.
Ensure that the suppliers are qualified and have the capacity to sustain the supply of the quantity of the materials needed throughout the project duration.
Ensure the timely delivery of the needed materials.
Coordinate with the unit heads for fulfilling the quality requirements for the vendors/suppliers.
Ensure the proper warehouse documentation works in accordance with the established procedure.
Ensure that payment for the purchases is being made in time by Clients in coordination with the unit Manager/ Vendor /updating inline WEB PORTAL
