After analyzing the project context, needs and expectation of interested parties, and risk and opportunities, Quality Management System Processes and interfaces, inputs and outputs for the project, CONTRACTOR has established Project Quality Plan (PQP).
The range and extent of this PQP is based upon factors as products, the complexity and interaction of the processes, the methods used, and competency/trainings of personnel involved in performing the work. The Project Quality Management System processes has been documented in the PQP supporting documents, i.e., QA/QC procedures, ITP etc. covering the activities of the project.
