  • Overall execution and administration of the Online Work order as per the contract requirements.
  • Overall responsible for effective Service Team
  • Liaise with the Zonal Heads /Unit Heads Online work order. Ensure Job Completion and Payment.
  • Responsible for BESTA Management System is effectively implemented in the Work order
  • Obtain the Franchise Activities) / Plan(s) and ensure review and approval of the same by the Business Head Zonal /Unit as applicable.
  • Ensure that the Quality Plan of the Online Work order is implemented effectively and coordinate with the Head - Quality & HSE for conducting audits on them.
  • Coordinate with the involved functions for obtaining the necessary resources for the project and deploy as required.
  • Submit progress reports as per contractual requirements.
  • Perform initial post-award and periodical contract review as and when required throughout the execution of the project.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate with appropriate function for fulfilling the training requirements.
  • Overall monitoring of all the activities of subcontractors
  • In-charge of the design related aspects of the works.
  • In-charge of Project Control being the Project Management Head.
